TSMC files trade secret lawsuit against ex-VP joining Intel

(TSMC) filed a lawsuit Tuesday against former senior vice president Lo Wei-jen, alleging he will likely leak trade secrets to Intel Corp. after joining the rival chipmaker immediately upon retirement.
